Help with DeVilbiss SmartLink Report Templates

Is there a place where I can download a different report templates for the Smart Link Software? I have tried to use the template editor to modify the daily template but there are no directions how to use it, and when I change so things I get errors, the graphs won't let you change axis labels or any thing about them.. I want to remove the ramp tables which I don't use and stack up several graphs to see what is going on. I like some of the graphs that are shown on the DeVilbiss Clinical Ed site, but these are not available on the current software.

I am using version 2.3.0.0, where is the template editor?

If you click on the Devilbiss icon on the top left next to the home tab, then click on the options tab on the window that pops up. Then click on reports, the click which report you want to work on. Then click on modify, it will tell you that it can't modify the master , click yes to make a new template and name it, then it will pop up in the report generator. Have fun let me know if you having luck changing your templates.

I played around with the template editor. It is possible to remove the ramp tables by left-clicking and deleting the containing Detail. It's also possible to make the graphs axes auto-scale, very useful to make better use of the graph real-estate.
I wasn't able to make the avg. tidal volume and breath rate appear. The template have them but they do not appear in the report for unknown reasons. If you succeed fixing it let me know.
