I've been trying to figure out why my ears itch (behind them). I've changed shampoos and it doesn't help.
The inside of my ear canal has been itching too.......nothing in there to make them itch.
Then it finally hit me today. I'm using a Swift original nasal pillow, to which I've added a wide strip of elastic from the sides around the back to anchor it better. It does a great job. ....but it holds my ears flat. I take a shower shortly before bedtime, and I'm thinking my ears just don't get enough air! Anyone else ever run into this problem?
You just never know what kind of funky problems are going to arise!

Re: Itchy behind the ears??
I sometimes have the same problem with itchy ears - behind and inside. I do use nasal pillows, but I've never associated the ear itching to my mask. I can feel moisture (water?) inside my ears during an itching episode. My doctor says it's probably just trapped water, but that doesn't explain the itching behind my ears.

kbrenn,
Does your headgear go across your ears?

Re: Itchy behind the ears??
My headgear crosses above the tops of my ears. Nothing is covering my ears.
