I think that looks pretty darn good. Leak line is a bit ragged in a couple of areas. Software is reporting unintentional leak so those lines up around 40 or so means pretty good leak but didn't seem to affect therapy and technically probably within what the machine can compensate for.
All in all I would be very happy with it and just make a mental note to work on mask fit and leak. Could be mouth breathing if you are using nasal interface type of mask. I forgot to look at your profile and I can't see it now when I type.
Leak line is the only thing that I can see that needs work. Good solid hours of sleep, numbers are excellent. The VS (snores) I wouldn't worry about. Not enough to amount to much. If mouth breathing, this might explain part of them. Sometimes hose movement noise gets mistaken for snores. If I saw a bunch of events along with the snores, then I might want to think about doing something about them.
Your report looks a lot like mine. Occasional clear airway (CA) and random other stuff. Certainly very acceptable.
Just work on leak is all I can suggest at this time. Isn't it great to see the results though?
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

It has to mask fit that is causing the leaks because I started taping two nights ago. I could tell I was MUCH more rested when I tried that. I figured I was leaking like a soup sandwich out of my mouth before. I will be working on the fit for sure. I tired to use the A-flex setting last night, but had to turn it off - the machine noise changes were too distracting for me. I don't believe that effects anything really, although I could be wrong. Anyway, yes it is good to see this stuff, and to know it is working!
I am a little foggy this morning, but I figure it is because it is a dreary rainy day.
