Resmed S9 Info stopped reporting AHI

Post by mwink » Thu Apr 28, 2011 5:38 am

Good morning:
I log my AHI and other sleep information every morning. For the past 3 mornings the info screen has been reporting AHI as 0, which is clearly not correct. It is still recording the number of hours of mask use correctly. Does anyone have an idea if this is a software glitch that I could fix, or if this is a hardware problem that I will have to try to send the machine back to the factory? I like being able to monitor AHI to see how well different masks are working.
Thanks

Why is 0 clearly not correct? I suggest you download Resscan and check your data that way.

Turn the machine off for a while. It will start reporting AHI again afterwards.

I do get the occasional 0.0. Not necessarily an error.

Thanks, I turned it off for a few minutes and now it is reporting realistic values. I had gotten zero for 3 days in a row, so it was clearly wrong.
