Any Coloradans out there

Post by sapphireskye » Sun Jan 01, 2006 10:16 pm

HI, I am in good ol Colorado. Just wanted to say hi. I have lived the central portion, and now am in the south lol. Anyhoo, It hasn't been much of a winter yet.

IT sure bites with hubby working midnights now. Now I hang out online on and off just out of pure screwed up sleep and boredom.

Happy New Year

Well, yep, I'm from Colorado. Southern Colorado...I thought the 17 below temps we had a couple of weeks ago qualified as winter. But the snowfall hasn't been too bad in the foothills...

Hey Jan

Im in Pueblo County. It has been pretty nice during the day here and cold at night. I moved here from the Springs, originally a Michigan native. So, the weather here is a lot drier.

Happy New Year Jan

You might want to check out this site. A number of us Hoseheads put "pins" in the map noting where we live.

Thanks for the link, I will have to check it out after I get some sleep. I didn't wear my mask last night. Now I have to try to sleep with it today.

God bless

I'm a a native, grew up in the suburbs of Denver, now I'm living near Brighton.... love Colorado - lived in L.A. for a year, it really made me appreciate just how beautiful this state is.
Take care,

Hello again

Post by sapphireskye » Tue Jan 03, 2006 6:06 pm

Just dropping in to say hello. The weather here today has been extremely windy.
When we went to Sams club to drop off my prescriptions I almost couldn't stand . Other than that it is sunshine and beautiful.

Good Ol Colorado. I sure miss John Denver. I love his music. Gonna have to buy his whole collection once I get the moulah.

Ciao
