I agree with Pugsy. I have purchased numerous Cpap items from cpap.com and a mask from Cpap Auction. I received excellent customer service, quick shipping and absolutely no problems. They're just plain "good folks" to deal with.Pugsy wrote: I would give forum hosts a stab at my business just because they allow this forum to exist and freely allow discussion of prices and other vendors here. Plus I know for a fact that their customer service is good. Other forums have much more rigid controls which I dislike.

Re: cpap-supply.com ???
I've bought several masks from CPAP.com, and my S9 Autoset--even though my Elite was only 9 months old.
The only thing I've bought from cpapsupply.com was my CMS50E oximeter, and I called cpap.com first,
(just in case they were getting ready to carry a recording oximeter)
Cpap-supply sent it very quickly, and they are as nice as cpap.com over the phone.
I'm not so sure about cpapsupply usa.com.
They are a completely different company, and their prices do not seem to be as competitive.
Cpap.com has the most maneuverable website.

Re: cpap-supply.com ???
I don't want to get in a fight with anyone, but I vehemently disagree with your point here. cpap.com is an OUTSTANDING company to do business with. Why should I go with some company I haven't dealt with and don't know how their customer service is, when I can get the exact same price by buying from cpap.com, and I KNOW I will get great customer service?hobbs wrote:"They will match other cpap suppliers price if you point them to it."
Now before I get my head taken off, I have purchased from cpap.com before and probably will again.
BUT, buy from the guy who gives you the price the 1st time, not the one who matches, after you find out he is charging to much!
Let the beating begin!
Customer service is undervalued by many people. Lowest price is not everything. And for the record, I had zero trouble getting cpap.com to honor their price match guarantee. That is just a small part of their outstanding customer service.
This has nothing to do with cpap.com being the host for this site, by the way, at least not for me. I don't have loyalty to companies for stuff like that, only because they treat me well as a customer.
If I were dealing with 2 unknown companies, then I would agree with your point--go with the one who gives me the lowest price, because you don't have any way of knowing which one has the better service.
