Had Encore Pro 2 but lost it

Had Encore Pro 2 but lost it

Can anyone help me? I had Encore Pro 2 but I lost it. I have Microsoft SQL Server 2008 in my programs and when I click on it, it gives me a bunch of things to look into, which is beyond my knowledge of the computer. I would appreciate it if there is someone who could walk me through to get it back. I restored my computer back. I need step by step instructions. Thank you.

Gabe got locked out of Encore Pro because of password failures.
Apparently he did a system restore to prior date before Encore install. But it left unworking portions of Encore Pro on the computer.

All I know to offer is remove the traces of Encore, get a fresh download and try again.
