I may have to look into that. My AHI was 16 last night even though my leak rate improved to 6 L/min.
I really appreciate all the support.
Any suggestions as to what mask i might try next?
Thanks in advance!

Yeah F3adventure, I learned all I know about leaks AI, AHI, checking machine data, and self titration on this forum. My doc and DME did not explain any of this to me. As far a mask leaks I have very good results with the FitLife Total Face Mask. It is big and bulky, but I am a mouth breather and prefer a FFM that doesn't touch the bridge of my nose (still have a scar there from the quattro). I usually have 0.0 leaks, but my pressure is much lower that yours. At higher pressures it's tougher to get a good seal, but it can be done. Hope that AHI is still trending down.

Finding the right mask is the real challenge since everyone's bone structure is different and what works for one doesn't work for another. My husband uses a FF mask and tried several until we settled on the Resmed Ultra Mirage FF. It's the only one that doesn't hurt his nose and maintains the best seal. We do have to replace it every 5-6 months when it becomes a little leaky.
