Just this one. I tried Sleepguide, but found it difficult to navigate. I just didn't understand the format/layout of the website, I guess, and I didn't work too hard to try to figure it out.

Anybody on this forum, who would rather get their OSA-related "group therapy" in their native tongue, like:
- Schnarchen und Schlafapnoe
- le ronflement et l'apnée du sommeil
- il russamento e l'apnea del sonno
- etc?
Moderate-severe OSA, ResMed S9 AutoSet EPR + H5i Humidifier, ResMed Masks: trying Swift FX Nasal Pillow, Mirage Nasal, Mirage Quatro or Quattro FX Full Face
ResMed SD card & USB adaptor, ResScan 3.10

This is a little off the topic, but I would like to see more of our members comment on articles on news sites or blogs that are spreading incorrect information or giving poor advice. For example, I saw one a few months ago, a lady wrote to an established advice columnist type complaining that her husband had lost interest in sex. She also said they were now sleeping in separate bedrooms because hubby snored so loudly.

The advice columnist told her to have the hubby get his testosterone checked by a general physician. The stupid idiot columnist - no interest in sex and snores loudly -> get screened for sleep apnea!!!

I have probably answered 25 columns like that over recent years. You often have to register but it is usually quick and easy.

Spread the word.

Only this site for me as well.

@ Roster - Never thought about "spreading the word". You're right and I will
