To answer Jerry's question, I checked Encore Pro, and my average AHI for 2 weeks is 3.1 and average snore index is 50.1. The confusing thing is the numbers don't seem to correlate with MyEncore results. I did an average of all of my days with MyEncore and my AHI came out to 6.0. Why would the two be different? Also, for some reason, there are 10 days not showing up at all, that could be why there is a difference in the AHI's. (?). I can't figure it out. All I know is something is not right, even though the numbers don't look bad.
Anyway, the good news is my Dr. responded immediately. Came home tonite and there were 2 messages on my machine. One from my Dr. to call him tomorrow, and one from my DME that he received a call to set my pressure up. So, tomorrow, I am taking my machine in to be set higher.
I just hope my respirations will be ok, since with my titration, I had respiratory difficulty at higher pressures.

Must be the 10 days that are missing from one or the other software. Make sure you have the My Encore 'Preferences set for the same period as the Encore Pro to replicate results. Encore Pro gives higher results, normally, due to round-up of daily results.

Jerry,
Ok, now I am seeing something. Encore Pro has all data from 11/28 -12/27. MyEncore only has information from 12/3 -12/27, don't know why it is different. Also, I still get "no data available" on MyEncore from 12/9 - 12/19. I have all data previous to those dates and after those dates. Don't know what is happening with those 10 days, or why it will not correlate.

Beats me, Snoozie. Derek, or someone else might understand what is going on, but I don't. Sorry. Thinking. Nope. I really don't understand whey the data would be missing in My Encore if you have specified the time span that includes the missing days. Make sure of that. Check your 'Preferences' in My Encore, again. My Encore just queries the Encore Pro database, so if Encore Pro has reports for the missing 10 days, so should My Encore.
Could it be that you are exchanging the names of the software in your post? Because, I would expect My Encore to report results that Encore Pro does not. The Daily results from Encore Pro only last for a limited period, but are always available in My Encore.
