Very interesting about the Melatonin. I don't recall seeing anyone mentioning that here on the forum since I've been on since November. Be interesting to see what your experimenting shows. You might consider taking the 3 or 5 mg dose for a week straight and see if things settle down. One night usually does not give a reliable response history.
I took melatonin for about a week back in '97 to change my sleep hours prior to taking a trip to Europe. I don't recall any kind of reaction at all. Hardly did much to make me sleep even!!
