Aromatherapy.......Oooohhh That Smell.......

Before Cpap, the only Aroma Therapy I ever had sleeping emanated from Dog at the foot of the bed.....not pleasant to say the least (finally had to change his chow to a different kibble)

Saw some discussion on Aroma Therapy on the boards and got the starter kit from Pur-Sleep. Pretty cool: different scents like "Clear", "Deep" & "Calm" - along with little trial vials of Vanilla, Strawberry & Chocolate (I like the food ones).

Anyway, it occurred to me during a Facehugger wake-up that my list of cool Aroma Therapy Scents (If I could choose ANYTHING) would be more like this:

1. Bacon - specifically frying bacon

2. Lumberyard - Spring when they're cutting alot for construction

3. 4th of July - Smell of black cat firecrackers, smokeballs and BBQ.

4. Burning Leaves - when I was a kid, we all had burn barrels - Fall would hit, football starts and I can smell those barrels.

5. Marina during fishing season at dawn - Salt, hint of creosote from the docks, strong coffee,

6. Baseball glove - if you've ever played little league, you know this one.

7. Fresh cut grass.

8. Baking bread (really like the food ones)

9. Hefty markers - kidding, they smell good but I think it would be like huffing paint.

10. ??

On the TV show "Sharks", the other night, an inventor came up with an alarm clock that actually cooked bacon right there on the nightstand. For some crazy reason (possibility of fire in the bedroom?), the Sharks declined to invest in his project. That man couldn't have been more surprized. He thought he had the perfect invention.

Don't you just love that Pur-Sleep package? I actually am starting to look forward to putting on my mask! Never would have thunk it! LOVE the Black Cherry!

Boy, I'm tired today. When I read your list, right after reading "burning leaves", I did a double take on #5, thinking you wrote "Marijuana".

#10 for Starlette. Personally for me probably #1 would be mountain air
