What has the AHI been at the lower setting that has given you the best results. Is there some wiggle room there?
Can't blame you for wanting to try with the pressures you are at. It is your decision of course but if you make only small changes and watch closely you can find the lowest setting that still deal with the events.

I would if it were me. You got wiggle room to see what might happen with another change. I would want to use the lowest possible pressures that would still give me effective therapy if I were in your shoes. You are unique, most people have to go up in pressure to get lower AHI. Of course most people don't have hurricane force pressures to start with either.

Just remember the software won't pick up centrals and you may be having those. Your sleep report should say if you are having them.

I was prescribed a 20/16, but so far have had no luck with that at home and much better luck (numbers-wise) with 20/13. Put a giant asterisk here, because not all is well with that setting either and I am almost certain to be dealing with complex sleep apnea rather than a simple case of obstructive...but it isn't crazy to have better luck with lesser pressures in some cases.
