I have also found Google to be a good source. Just put the term you are looking for in the search box and add "apnea" to it. For instance, "FOT apnea" yields http://www.google.com/search?q=fot+apne ... 1I7SUNA_en

There's a "banner" up above......the right third is titled "CPAP Wiki Popular Topics". Unless you've chosen to "hide" it, one of the items is "CPAP Definitions". If you did "hide" it, here's the link. If what you're looking for isn't in there, try doing a forum search on the word or using Google (as has been mentioned).
