The mask resistance settings are in the clinician's setup menu. It may say something like "PR Resistance". I'm not home, so I can't check. Set it to "0" if it's not already. For nasal masks it's supposed to be something like 4X and that MIGHT be the issue. At 0, the machine will detect the mask and determine the resistance needed itself.
