OT(partly) Life goes on within you......

and without you.

I'm have been going on w/life without Pepsi.
Doesn't sound like much, but addiction is an ugly thing.
I'm trying to improve my health and sleep architecture.
It has been 18 days. I have replaced it w/V8 v-Fusion drinks.
Abit weird on first taste, but they grow on you.
I have used them to replace my 2/day Pepsi habit.
Lots of good stuff in them and a lot of bad stuff not included.
I have been adding my Hammer Recoverite to a can for
my post ride recovery. ....so far, so good.

In conjunction w/the removal of Pepsi, I have been trying a new
melatonin/Theanine combination. Don't know if it is this supplement,
the absence of the Pepsi or both, but I'm getting much better sleep.
Dreaming has really increased.

I did my March Lookout ride and added the Dino Ridge loop.
Sunny, breezy, chilly day. It was a great ride.
I snapped a few pics from the top of Dino Ridge.

I think is Raccoon Knob and Cherokee Mt.

All things considered, it's fine to be alive.

I'll see you on the road.

to see or feel those changes, you'll never know what you're capable of."
I said that.

Thank you so much carbonman.
Very beautiful pictures for sure.

Good luck keeping off the soda.
Life is full of stuff we shouldn't do....all good and fun stuff.
