Intellipap SmartCode Errors

Post by LarryD » Sat Mar 26, 2011 2:39 pm

The last four nights the SmartCode on my Intellipap has been greatly understating usage time. My actual hours of usage the last four nights was: 8.1, 9.0, 8.4, and 7.0. SmartCode is reporting 3.6, 4.2, 5.4, and 2.7. Has anyone else had a problem like this? What should I do about it? Email DeVilbiss after the first night and got a blow-off response.

Additionally, SmartLink didn't record any activity for last night. I'm looking for help.

Larry

Just got another message from DeVilbiss. Maybe I've got their attention.

Did you unplug your machine and then plug it in again to reboot it? Did you take a nap during the day that may have skewed the time used? These are things to consider first. If you have issues, you can PM forum member, DeVilbiss Marketing, who is a marketing rep for the company and is active on this forum. She is extremely helpful to us so is a great one to contact. Trying to go through the corporate site won't yield much help, I am sure.....
Yes, that blue eyed beauty is my cat! He is a seal point, bi-color Ragdoll. I adopted him in '08 from folks who could no longer care for him. He is a joy and makes me smile each and every day.
