any ideas to keep mask on all night i seem pull mine off in my sleep every night

Some people opt to tape the mask to their face so that, when they try to pull it off during sleep, the tape pulls at the skin and reminds them to keep it on. Otherwise, I think most machines have the ability to sound an alarm to alert you that the mask is off.

Dx 11/07: AHI 107, central apnea, Cheyne Stokes respiration, moderate-severe O2 desats. (Simple OSA would be too easy. ;))

How long have you been using your machine? The mask pulling off often just gradually fades away and you naturally stop once your subconscious understands that the mask is a good thing and not some alien trying to suck the life force out of you. And in the meantime, taping works great!
