How long do Hybrid pillows last?

Post by nanwilson » Sat Mar 26, 2011 7:40 am

Morning
Finally tamed my Hybrid last night by NOT using any of the fixes, no elastics no tights wrap....went naked . I am wondering how long the pillows last on this mask, I know there is a ton of discussion on the Swift pillows not lasting very long, but haven't seen anything on the Hybrid. I have a spare set of mediums so am not in a panic, but would like to be ahead of the game and know how long to expect them to stand up. By the way I have a pair of smalls plus a small cushion if anyone wants to trade.
Thanks
Nan

My first set lasted 5-6 months (with lots of nipple grease!) Now that it's not costing me anything, I change about every month or so...when the silicone starts losing its "stickiness". Got new cushion/pillows on the way now...

I've heard of boiling them to renew the "sticky". It works but is a pain.

Wonderful that they last so well. I don't have insurance so that is great news for me, I either have to trade or buy outright.
Cheers

Still going strong after more than six months.
Veni, vidi, Velcro. I came, I saw, I stuck around.
