Still a little leaking, might just be time to change the seal on the mask, it's been over 3 months. I have very oily skin, so might be accelerating the process =)

What I learned: My body clock is starting to work again. I went to bed with the intention of getting 6 hours sleep, and woke up just about 6 hours later!

My dogs are my alarm clock....6:15 AM every morning no matter WHAT time they go out at night.

AHI 2.8
Leak 3.6

Well, the leak is holding steady. Woke up a couple of times last night, but fell back to sleep quickly, but that does explain the 1pt jump in AHI.

What I learned: a tiny bit of aromatherapy oil on the diffuser pad goes a LONG way.

Still stable, though a bit of a leak jump there.

What I learned: I was definitely tossing and turning last night, the hose cover was all scrunched up =)

Slept through the night! No wake-ups at all.

What I learned: the lead seems to be stabilizing around 5, we'll see if it corrects itself with the new cushion next week.

Strange to see no leak, but I'm happy to see it =)

What I learned: a hanging wire basket type gizmo works great for drying gear.

AHI 1.6

Interesting AHI, as I had a rough night overall, figured it would be higher.

What I learned: time to reboot the S9, the leak number is stuck again.

Well, I am tired as all hell! Not sure why, but trouble waking up this AM and still groggy hours later.

What I learned: rebooting got the leak numbers to start reporting again.

AHI 2.4

Palindromic numbers this AM =)

What I learned: the headgear seems to slip a bit some nights, and I wake up with minor leaks around the sides that go away if I shift the headgear back upwards a bit.

Mike, if you put a bit of velcro (the scratchy side not the smooth side) on the top back strap it will stop your headgear from slipping. It kinda attaches to your hair and keeps the headgear in place......you gotta have hair though for this to work. You do have head hair???? from your avatar its hard to tell

Yes, I do =) I am thinning a bit up front, but the back part (where the velcro would go) is still quite good.

Though, if you're bald, you might be able to use one of those "no-slip" fabrics that you put under furniture
