Welcome to the forum. When you have a chance would you go to your profile (via the User Control Panel) equipment tab and add your equipment (text please, images are hard to see, all look alike and takes a trip through link to see it) being used so we don't have to ask all the time.

CFlex, I assume Respironics machine of some model. Which one? Which full face mask?

No special hints unless you are having problems. It is common to have some fragmented sleep, waking to feel this stuff on our face. It is common to have some short nights. If having pretty bad problem sleeping through the night with the mask and machine on try to isolate cause. Leak? Just the stuff on the face? Discomfort? Some people slap it on and get 8 hours of sleep and wake up the next day and want to go run a marathon. Most have some usual adjustment phases to go through and some it takes a long time.

If you have some special questions or concerns tell us and I bet someone has gone through it and can offer some ideas.
