In short, I'm having nothing but trouble with APAP and have a suspicion I may have this CompSAS thing, so I'm going to talk to my doctor this week about trying the Resmed VPAP™ Adapt SV. So I'm asking for input on that machine, like on noise, usability, day to day practicalities.
Even if I don't have "the CompSAS thing" I need to try a Bilevel machine, I'm going nuts with aerophagia and central apneas.
