Second night on CPAP and did better than night 1. AHI is down to 1.1, leak rate is 2.9.
I also found I'm quickly adapting to sleeping with a THING on my face. The nasal mask was somehow more comfortable. I did not use the chinstrap, but with the AHI that low I'm thinking I may not actually need one.
Rainout, but that was probably due to the massive temperature drop we got here in NYC (it's snowing this AM). Annoying, however until it leaked out of the mask and onto my eye I didn't notice it LOL
Things I'm taking away from last night:
1 - check the weather before bed
2 - Mentally will the hose cozy to arrive faster
3 - consider moving a paper towel holder into the bedroom just in case
Day Two - getting better
Day Two - getting better
