Newbie from France, looking for EncoreViewer software.

I had a sleep study in January (following a blood test showing bad oxygenation) and was diagnosed with severe OSA (108 AHI, with some lasting as much as 90 seconds... ).
I have now been using a PR1 APAP for the past 3 weeks (with humidifier) at a setting of 6-18 (with Aflex1).
I have not seen much difference in my everyday life, but I have always been a rather hyperactive person and have never suffered from drowsiness (I know how lucky I am, seeing the high level of apnoeas I had!!) or hypertension. I don't have a problem sleeping with the machine and I sleep a straight 7h30 average per night.
The display on my machine gives me an AHI of around 1,0/1,5 but I would like to have more information (I have a scientific higher education and like to understand things, especially when it concerns me directly!!). Reading different posts on this forum, I learnt about the EncoreViewer 2.0 software but I don't know how to get hold of it! The Respironics website for France doesn't mention this software (they don't even show the PR1 machine, only the older model) and they haven't answered the message I sent them via the Contact page. And apparently, I can't buy it on cpap.com because it can't be sent to France (legal reasons, I understand)
Does anybody have a solution? I will ask the DME next time I see him but I am under the impression that in France, patients are supposed to know as little as possible about their CPAP therapy and he will probably tell me it is not possible...

I not so sure that cpap.com cannot ship the software to you in France. Resmed has a policy that will not allow cpap.com to ship any of their products outside the US but Philips Respironics, the makers of you machine, do not have such a policy.

I am in Canada and bought the software from cpap.com. You want Encore Viewer 2 for your machine.

You should contact cpap.com directly by phone or via email and ask them about shipping to France and how much it would be. It costs $17.00 USD to ship it to me in Canada.
