I wasn’t able to get a break from work yesterday to call HR about the mask, but I did do it earlier today.

My conversation was with KC Rudolph and I learned the following:
Neversleeps’ mask can be modified to fit any of the other size masks, but KC said the cost of just the mask element was going to be around $80. He also said the headgear would need to be replaced as well and that would take some conversations with an online DME, he recommended CPAPMAN.COM because they were buying mask from them.

To get the headgear replaced he gave me the part number and told me to request the headgear in a conversation because the DME wouldn’t know the part number. This is because this is the first week in which they are introducing the new headgear. In simple terms the only item being used again will be the elbow fitting where the mask connects to the silicon mask chamber shell.

7600 V Full Face Mask, Large, with Headgear

On the link above none of the following part numbers he gave me appear:
New Headgear – PN: 201494 Cost ??
Large Mask Shell – PN: 669130 Cost ~ $80
Medium Mask Shell – PN: 669131 Cost ~ $80

On the price list above I was surprised to see they sell the mask without headgear. I’m wondering who would use a mask without headgear other than someone who attended RestedGal’s "Nylon Knot Tying School".

This turned out to be more complicated than I expected, but now I can see what needs to be done.
