Hans Rudolph FF Problems and Questions

I've been looking for the new style headgear. Nothing on the HR web site. Severeena (or anyone), do you know a place that has this available? Thanks --

I called Hans Rudolph today about the headgear. I spoke with KC, and he told me that I'll have to get it through my DME, as they don't deal directly with users.

Boo and hiss.

I'm "maxed out" on the coverage my insurance provides, so I'll have to pay the DME's mark-up price on this.

I do think the mask will work for me, once I get the kinks worked out. I won't know for sure, though, until I try the new headgear. So...onward to victory!

You did not disclose phone numbers nor email in your response. I did in my PM to Professor sleeps.

I wish more DME's would be up on the Hans Rudolph so there would be no problems as to head gear and the sizing of the masks

PM me how much the DME wants to charge.
