Can someone please tell me how to download a Snipping Tool, or whatever program
I need to take a picture of a screen view to post it. I use Windows XP.

I had my bloodwork done to see if something there was causing the problem that I
so often I woke up lately feeling exhausted, and it was normal for me, a little high
on cholesterol, triglycerides etc but basically the same as ever.

And I felt really rotten all day. Finally at 4pm I slept for 45 minutes and now feel fine.

So I guess I have confirmed most likely it is a sleep apnea problem, but I can not
figure why.

The Snipping Tool is found within Vista.
I used to have XP and I used Prt/scr key, pasted to Paint program, cropped, then saved.
Sounds awful but I did it so much it was effortless.

Let me go see if I can find an easy snapshot program that is free.

Some here may have a better program but I used Gadwin a long time ago. Fairly easy. Free for personal use.
http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/

Windows XP /Prt/scr key and Paint instructions here
http://www.wikihow.com/Take-a-Screensho ... ft-Windows

Just about any photo editing program should work. Would just need to do the print/screen key, save to that program and edit..

If you are using a laptop with the Fn key lower left, it may need to be pressed at the same time as prt/scr key.
Some do, some don't.

Thanks for telling me how. I did not think there was any way I was going to figure
out tonight how to do this, but I think I did.

Here is the link for the sleep last night, 2/28

http://s1227.photobucket.com/albums/ee4 ... esmed2.jpg

You will note that from 3:30 to 5:30 there is no leak but there are several events, but the APAP does not
appear to be responding whatsoever, and then at 5:30 it begins responding and the events decrease.

I appreciate any insights, and thanks for your help.

Would you mind if I made the link show the image on this board so that we don't have to click on the link?

All I would do would be insert the address in between the IMG brackets

The addy goes between the brackets and the image posts in the posts. Sometimes the links time out for me even with a fast computer. My connection speed sucks.

What is your APAP set at?

The ResMed S8 APAP won't go above 10 cm of pressure unless certain conditions are present. Please refer back to Jdm2857 explanation on the first page of this thread. He explains it much better than I can.

I used my hose suspension system again last night and my leaks were minimal.

My AHI numbers were also far better than they have been since I started rechecking them a
couple of months ago when I started having problems, and I feel great! They had been
often over 6. Last night they were:

Apnea 0
Hypnea 1.0
AHI 1.6

It is funny that when things start going well and you quit using something, you forget
about how much difference it made when you started using it. That also happened
with taping my mouth, which I stopped for awhile when things started going well,
and when I started again it was miraculous again, like it had been the first time.

Thanks again, and I will let you know if it keeps up.

Good job, can't get much better than this.
