First night on my S9-Elite last night.

Set Pressure: 7.0 cmH2O
EPR: Full Time
EPR Level: 3.0 cmH2O
Apnea Index:14.4
Obst:6.2
Cent:8.1
Hypopnea Index: 1.3
AHI:15.7

Leak
Median: 0.0
95th Percentile: 7.2
Maximum:73.2

Is there anything to be gotten from this, or do I need a couple more nights? I have been on CPAP for about 9 months, and just switched machines.

The maximum leak was huge but 95% number isn't all that bad so might not have been huge for long.
Your AHI is greater than the accepted range of less than 5. That is obvious at 15.7. We don't know if some of those events happened because of or during the big leak.. Is this your first data capable machine or do you have old data to compare these findings with? Without seeing the actual software reports hard to say what is going. Do you have the software to get the detailed graphs and reports?

I do have the software. When I click on the Detailed Graph, it tells me No detailed data avail. My last machine was a S8 Escape, so I wont get anything from that.

I don't have your type of machine, mine is Respironics.
Hopefully someone who knows the ins and outs of ResScan will be able to help you with getting the data.
Sorry but lots of people here use it and can help you with that little hurdle.

One quick question while you wait for help with the software.

I see central apnea events reported on your on screen data? When you had your sleep study last summer did they find or mention any centrals?

Hey there,

I got some help through this forum regarding the software and downloading data from the SD card for the same machine. I use Resmed ResScan 3.12 version.

To the left of the chart, you should have a column of dates. Click on the date you want to see detailed data for to highlight it. Then click on the detail graphs tab to the right of the summary tab from the chart you just showed.
When you download your card, click select data, then select ALL and check the little box under that that says something about detailed session. Then click download. I think during the data upload you have to choose "detailed data" from somewhere in the upload prompts/process.
