Can't sleep, cold and Ambien don't work together

I have not been able to sleep the last couple of nights. I have had a cold for a week and even though I take Ambien, I can't sleep
I have not been able to use CPAP either. Anyone have had a similar problem? Does it get better. HELP ....

There comes a time when Ambien doesn't work any more. I only take it when i cant sleep and then only half a pill. Might need something like clonipin. Dr gave me Rx but I cant take it for other reasons. Try to cut your dose of Ambien if you can. Go thru the motions of taking it and just believe you took it.. That has worked for others.

As far as the cold symptoms go I won't give my recipe for nasal flush cause it started a rucus on this board..... Go buy some saline ..

One thing that works for me is Otravin. Unfortunately you can only use it for 4 days, but those 4 days will include the clearest sinuses you've ever had!
