Next Monday, I am getting a new Respironics PR System One BiPAP Pro. I would appreciate a PM on where I can download the Encore software for this machine and also what else I need to operate the software on my Windows 7 64-bit machine. Thanks

Ditto on needing the link here

Also, any chance that it works with Windows 7 64-bit?

I would also like to find Encore Pro 2. Recent crash and burn of my 32 bit system means my Encore 1.0 will no longer work!
TIA!

I can't send you any information because you have not registered and you need to register to have private email message. I am going out of town right now but maybe someone else will send info if you register since I won't be able to.

check your PM
be sure and read the hints
Pro 2 has some changes from the old 1.xx versions. Especially log in stuff.

Gotta run.

Good luck. I will be back Sunday evening.

Does Encore Pro give you anything more than Encore Viewer? To be honest, I'm a little disappointed in the reports EV gives you. If EP is better, then someone please send me the link/instructions as well.

Thanks,
Dave.

Pro offers waveform reports that Viewer does not. Otherwise reports are identical.
SleepyHead and Onkor offer waveform that you can zoom in on and see in minute sec by sec detail that Pro does not do.

Pro offers a potential major headache with install and use though I have never had a problem. Some computers just don't play nice with Pro.

I sent you a PM in case you wish to try.

Examples of report options are here in case you haven't seen them.

I just started with a Respironics 450 w/ humidifier. Tried a ComfortGel nasal mask, and now trying a Swift FX pillow mask.

I also would like to get a copy of EncorePro software for my PC to see my data.
PM me if you please.

agadoresmama... is your machine correct? If so it won't show you anything more than hours used... that's what a PLUS does.

well....I thought it was.....I will dig out the manual on it and double check....I know it has a smart card and when I went to the sleep clininc they would show me lines and graphs ...leaks, etc etc......I had no idea at the time what they were talking about.....but the card was showing if I was compliant, also......

I will check and get back to you......

Does the card look like this?
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/respir ... -card.html

If so you would also need this to use software.
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/Respir ... r-USB.html

The M series Plus offers nothing but hours of use though. The new PR System One Remstar Plus has a SD card so the pricey card reader is not needed but it only gives hours of use.

If you have a M series machine and want to check data on screen you can. If you see more than hours of use then it is not the Plus.
How to get to the set up menu to show or turn on any onscreen data here. Also links to M series clinician manual downloads if your manual is the user manual which doesn't show everything.

http://www.apneaboard.com/CPAP%20Adjustment.htm

If you do have M series machine that is full data then EncorePro will work but the card reader is needed.

If you have the small SD card then the card reader is not needed to use the software. If you have SD slot on your computer then all you need is the software. If no SD card slot then a cheap generic SD card reader is needed too.

If you had reports showing leaks, pressure and events then your machine isn't a Plus model.
