Where can I download Encore Pro 2?

since resmed has discontinued support for the resmed encore viewer in May is the location for the encore pro 2 software still available... if so can i get the information to the download location and will it be for the pro version 2.22 that i have seen referenced on other sites.... of course this may only be the viewer version of the software....

That link is to DirectHomeMedical supply...they have chosen to discontinue selling that Encore Viewer 2.1 product.

Before spending $100 I would make sure that it worked on my computer and with my machine as it isn't compatible with all the PR S1 machines.

Send me a private message and tell me what machine you are using....model number and what operating system is on your computer and I will see if I can help you find something that will work...and yes, it would be the latest Encore Pro or maybe Encore Basic (much easier to use) and BTW Encore Pro 2.2 is way old.

Can anyone send me the download to Encore Pro 2. Does it have automatic updates? My Lite version is VERY VERY slow yet my CPU or RAM is barely even used

Edit: Nvm, the darn thing hogs A HUGE portion of my ram WTH!?

None of the Respironics software products do automatic updates..never have and never will.
The reports haven't changed in years. Most of the updates have been bug fixes or DME office stuff or making software compatible with a change in Windows or machine models.

I found Basic 2.2 to be a bit speedier than 2.4 (just got it recently) but Respironics doesn't know how to write a speedy not so hoggy software. They are all pigs when it comes to size and resources used and speed to generate the reports.

Pro might work better on your computer but I wouldn't hold my breath. While I have had a couple of people find that Pro worked smoother...the vast majority found Basic much better...and I know it is far from great but that's been what I have found with Encore's various versions over the past 5 years.
I did send you a PM with information on how to find Pro if you want to try it.

Encore Viewer which is the official patient version for $100 is probably the fastest to use because it doesn't need all the DME office type of stuff in it....and it still isn't a speed demon.
