Ok, I registered myself, that's easier.
I want to give it a try to use the pro version but which is newest as I only found somewhere a version 2.2 from 2009.
Where can I find the latest version of pro and/or viewer.
It's so expensive and difficult to get the information I want from the doctors and I do want to check at regular base how things are going with me and with as much info as possible.
I think we have the right to know what's going on with us and our health.
Sometimes I have a terrible headache when I wake up and don't know if it's from OA or CA or another reason.
So if I can use more specific information, that would help in checking what could cause it.
Anyhow I lost the install file of Encoreviewer and I'm getting a new PC soon as I have an old PC
How can you help?

I still don't know which machine you have and the latest version of Encore Pro may not work with your machine.
Rumor control has it that Respironics has discontinued compatibility with the machines that use the Smart Card and the DT3500 card reader. I have had one person tell me that the latest Pro version wouldn't work with their old machine. I have no way to know if it was the software or the user or the computer but I will send you a private message and you can check out the latest version of Pro that I have access to...that would be version 2.11 (and yes it is a newer version than 2.2...Respironics got weird with their numbering of versions for some reason). There is a version 2.12 of Pro ...what I have been told but I don't have any way to obtain it yet.

I will send you what I have....if it doesn't work....get back with me via private message and tell me more of the particulars about your machine...computer and what the problem appears to be and I will try to help sort things out.

So check your private message box in a few minutes.

Model number 450? It's a 3 digit number on the bottom of the blower unit. That would be the PR System One Remstar Pro with CFlex and you should be fine with the links I sent you.
If so then you could also use SleepyHead with the 450...links in my signature line.

Respironics has several different "Remstar Pro" models...they use Remstar in every single machine they make and so the Remstar thing is zero help in determining model of machine.

It says REV 451P, is that what you mean.....

And yes, I heard about Sleepyhead.
I tried it, but found it a bit confusing.
I already gave some feedback and suggested to add the possibility to have reportings per type.
So for e.g. OA during a period, CA etc. the same, grouped per type.
Now you have it all together and that is not so easy to interpret.
But I don't get any answers and understand that the writer is not actualy giving any more support or making updates.
A pitty because it's free and looks interesting if some changes would be made.

451....that tells us that you have a PR System One model machine...should have a little SD card in the back and not the big Smart Card. So full model name would be....PR System One Pro with CFlex model 450. I don't think the equipment list in the user profile has a working link to that machine because it has been replaced by model 460...so just manually add your machine name to your comments line should you have any further questions about the data you will be getting. It really helps us help you better when we know exactly which machine and model you are using...saves time because otherwise we keep asking what machine.

You can also use Sleepyhead with it if you wish and haven't tried it already. SleepyHead let's you do some interactive stuff with it and Pro or Basic just lets you look. I have links for it in my signature line.

I would love to get a link to the latest software; the version I have doesn't support my machine.

You can use SleepyHead with the model 950 (glad you didn't tell me 960) and check your PM box in a few minutes and I will get you some information on using EncoreBasic.
EncoreGuide link this will show you examples of what you will see.

Regarding SleepyHead...check out the links I have in my signature line.

I purchased Encore Viewer software V2.0. But it does not install on my windows 7 professional 64 bits system.

The installation message showed "required to run on x86 processor" and exited. I am using a Dell notebook with i5 core. I wonder why.

Why these medical software are so out and not synchronized with notebook or PC?!

Or they should at least tell you that Viewer 2.0 won't install on a 64 bit computer. It was designed for 32 bit computer which of course is fast becoming a dinosaur.
The problem is with the installer. If you bypass the installer you can get Viewer to work just fine on the 64 bit computer.
To get it done you have to install Viewer 2.0 on a 32 bit computer and then manually copy/paste/transfer the installed Viewer folder onto the 64 bit computer via disc.
Once that copy of the installed folder is on the 64 bit computer just open the folder and look for the application.exe file and create a short cut to where ever you like your shortcuts and then you have quick easy access to a working Viewer 2.0 on the 64 bit computer.
This works..I have Viewer 2.0 up and running on my 64 bit laptop right now. Though I don't use it as I prefer a different Encore software but it will work if you bypass the installer.

Where did you get the encore software? That is what the people who send me my reports uses.
How much did they charge you for it. I think I would like to have that software for my use. I use sleepy head which
is pretty much the same but would be nice to see it in another format.
