Your hopes are dashed...you need the Patch file for SleepyHead. So Sorry.
Installing looks worse than it is.
Give me just a little bit and I am going to post some general hints for doing the Patch thing or you can try sorting through the Patch file thread with special attention to pages 3 and 4 where I have some hints with images.
For sure install with the "run as administrator" umbrella...one less headache is eliminated if you do that.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

You can also use SleepyHead though...links in my signature.
If your machine is a 60 series machine ...you will need the Patch file to make it work.
Patch file explained here. Here's a quick hint about installing SH...install with the "run as administrator" command umbrella and save some headaches with the update.

Hmmm, i don't see the link for SH in your signature...

Hello. I'm fairly new to all of this. I've only been on my machine since Easter. I didn't even know there was so much information available to me until I stumbled across this forum. I am very interested in trying the Encore software, if you could send me the download information.

It looks like I'll (probably) be getting a PR System One REMStar 60 Series BiPAP autoSV Advanced (how's that for a mouthful?). I noticed that the Encore Viewer on our host's store doesn't support ASV.
What software do I need for this device? Encore Pro 2.5? (Is that the latest?)
Rich's branch of SleepyHead?

SleepyHead and the PR S1 ASV machines have been known to not play nice.
Rich's 60 series Patch and SH might work and might not...won't hurt to try.
Check your PM box and I will point you to something that will for sure work.
No Pro 2.5 isn't the latest and it won't work with the 960 machine anyway.

No Encore Pro gives the same data as Encore Basic. Basic works better because it dos not use the SQL data base which can be a PITA. I have never been able to use Sleepyhead but have been told that it gives a little more data.
