Where can I download Encore Pro 2?

Hi, I also would like the link for both Encore 2 programs, especially Encore Pro 2. Sorry to ask, you have really been kind to answer all these requests. Thank you in advance.

I have grown accustom to Pro, i remember 3years ago using basic and the reporting was much harder,

If not too much trouble could u PM me the Pro dl link... just for the sake of having pro in the mean time ill try basic.

I don't know what "basic" you used 3 years ago but it wasn't this Basic version. This Basic version is brand new and just released last April. 3 years ago there was nothing but Viewer and Pro...maybe it is Viewer you were thinking about. Viewer is the patient version of Encore.

Check your PM box...though..if you want Pro...it's a whole lot different from your old Pro.
But I just try to help and if that is what you want...that's fine by me.

I have bought a DS 760 (PR System One REMStar 60 Series BiPAP Auto with Bi-Flex), used it for a week and realised that it is a great machine. However, I just find out that my Encorepro v2.4 does not support my new machine. Sleephead is also not working. I cannot check my sleep details anymore. This is quite frustrating.

May I ask which version of Encorepro or any other software support reading my machine data? If possible a download link would be fantastic. Thanks in advance.

SleepyHead will work but you need the Patch file for the 60 series machine. I sent you a PM about what you need.
Also EncoreBasic information.
Pro 2.11 is now the latest version (I know the numbering is weird but that's what they have done) went from 2.5 to a couple more minor changes then went to 2.11.
Basic will give you exact same reports as Pro does without the hassle. There is zero to be gained by using Pro. The reports are identical and the bulk of the difference is in DME office type of stuff.
Pro is still computer specific..one version for 32 bit and another for 64 bit. Basic doesn't care.
Pro is over 300 MB in size and Basic is around 22 MB. Pro has the SQL database thing that is so problematic and Basic doesn't use it.

I have had 6 instances of Basic failing to install out of probably hundreds of downloads...Pro had a 1 in 5 failure rate.

If Basic fails to install I have a work around we can do. Just PM me for the details.

Both Sleepyhead (with the patch) and EncoreBasic work with my machine. Compared to Pro, Encorebasic is much more easier to install and use. It also requires much less disk space. I think the Pro is only needed by large clinic/hospital where there are hundreds of patients and tens of doctors maybe. For individuals, the Basic is all that needed.

Pugsy - Can you please also let me know where I can download Encore Basic?
