If you have trouble with Pro..let me know and we will see about getting you EncoreBasic. Same reports with less hassle from the software.
Pro is a major PITA software. Install failure rates are high and the log in ID and password stuff is major pain in the behind.
Slow bloated hog.
EncoreBasic is still slow but at least it isn't a bloated pig and the reports are the same and far less hassles.

Could I please have the info for downloading Encore Pro as well?

I am brand new to the boards and would really appreciate some help acquiring Encore Pro 2 Windows 7 64 bit. Diagnosed with severe sleep apnea about a month ago and wish to monitor my therapy. Unfortunately, I have a Windows 7 64 bit computer and the Philip's Respiironics Encore Viewer software I bought only works on 32bit system (won't load and I cannot unlock sd data). If anyone can help me getting the Encore Pro 2 for Windows 7 64 bit it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Encore Viewer 2.0 will run and work just fine on a 64 bit computer...the problem is with the installer. If you bypass the installer Viewer works fine. I have it up and running on my 64 bit Win 7 laptop right now.
The work around is to install it on a 32 bit computer and then manually copy the files/folders to a disc and transfer them to the 64 bit computer that way. Copy the files/folders to a folder on your desktop...open to find the application exe file and open Viewer that way.
Now if you happen to have a 60 series machine (model numbers will will say 460 or 560 or 660 etc) don't even bother because Viewer 2.0 is not compatible with the new 60 series heated hose model of machine.
Viewer doesn't report waveform graphs either.
