Vibatory Snore
I have been getting some high numbers on this(35.3 last night and 57.3 Friday night). Why would someone get high numbers on that? Is maybe my pressure to low?
Re: Vibatory Snore
How are your leaks? If the leaks are good..how is your AHI? If the AHI is ok, It is possible that the hose is rubbing on the headboard or table, but more likely that you need to raise the pressure. I would raise it by .5. Give it a week and see how it looks. You can always raise it again if need be.

Leaks are on the high side but the line stays pretty even. The AHI was really good on the 57.3 one(.6) but was 5.5 on the 35.3(VS). I never thought of the hose rubbing, I wonder if that could be the reason. I think I will bump up the pressure a bit. Thanks.

Could be a number of things.....or combination.
Nasal congestion can increase what the machine interprets as VS. Nasal cleansing before bedtime can help.
Too high of a humidifier setting can increase congestion and consequently increase VS. Turn the HH down or Off.
Inadequate pressure. A slight increase usually helps.
If the AHI is good and you're feeling rested, VS numbers in that range may not be anything to worry about.

I have been turning the HH up due to the dry winter conditions we have been having, that may have made the snoring #'s worse. My AHI #'s are not bad but I have not felt rested the last few days.
