extremely puffy eye

Started therapy 10 days ago. Report after ten days indicated that I seem to need high pressure (ave 18), woke up this morning with alarmingly puffiness under one eye. I can't decide if it's fluid or air. Actually it almost looked like a tear shaped blister about a inch long. It starts at my tear duct and lies under neath my eye.
It's been about 3 hours since I woke up and it is less puffy now.
Has anyone had this happen to them?

Welcome, needzzzz! You are not alone in this problem. It's never happened to me (although other eye issues have) so I can't give you specific answers, but I know others have dealt with it. Try searching for puffy eyes and see if you find anything. If not, I'm sure somebody will be along shortly to help.
