Poll - Which OSA treatment would you try?

General Discussion on any topic relating to CPAP and/or Sleep Apnea.

Which procedure would you be willing to try to treat your OSA (you can select more than one)

1. Pillar System - Implantation of stiffening rods into the soft palate. Scar tissue hardens the soft palate to stop vibration and sagging.

2. Electrical Stimulation - Implantation of a pacemaker-type device in the chest with electrodes to tense up the floppy tissue of the throat/tongue

3. Removable Stent - Each night, insert a mesh tube through your nose and into the back of your throat, remove in the morning

Just read the options and voted none of the above. They all sound scary or gross!

All three "choices" are, in reality, ALTERNATIVES TO TREATMENT.
Why is this ancient (and USELESS) poll remains open is beyond my comprehension.

My treatment selection is None of the Above
I have had CPAP/BiLevel for many years now and after fighting through the initial mask problems, I am quite content with my treatment. And my own annual cost for supplies is minimal. I do not go through the routine of replacing mask, hose,humidifier tank, etc. at the rate my DME provider would like me to follow.
