My pressure is currently 8 (was originally 7) but will go up to 9 or 10 when I see my Dr. this month (I had a second sleep study and my pressure needs to go up a bit, but not until I see the Dr. and get the "official" prescription for the change). I've been using CPAP since December 1st.

Re: POLL: What is your current 90/95% or constant pressure?
With severe OSA I am one of the ones at the upper end of CPAP with a pressure of 18, and now running on auto from 16-20 and having an median pressure of 18.3 and 95 percentile pressure of 19.6.
Considering that things have gotten much worse over the past year, with at least 50 pound weight gain (and significantly increased snoring) over that same period in spite of dieting and exercise. Now that my oxygen saturation is not dipping down to as low as 58% my metabolism seems to be return back to normal so my weight loss efforts should start to have an impact. The hope is that this also makes my OSA easier to control and I can only hope that my pressure drops to around 15-16.
