Paint is really pretty easy. It is a program in all Windows computers, in the Accessories folder. If you just open the program, in the upper left corner there should be a button that says "Paste". All you have to do is press that and the page that you copied should show up. Then find the symbol that looks like a square disk (Save). Just save your file to someplace on your computer you will remember. I often name mine by the date of the graph, but you can name them whatever you want. You will have to repeat the process for each page that you want to post.

Let us know if you need more help, and we'll try to walk you through it.

OK....I think I figured out how to post some, thanks to you guys!

This is one night with my Swift FX, lots of VS that night. Since then, my VS has never even been close to that high.

Here is some more data. The first red line was with the Swift FX. I woke up a few times that night with it on, and finally took it off and put on my Resmed Micro (second line). As you can see, I did better with it. That said, I have had some good nights with no large leaks with the Swift FX, but it still seems to leak more than the Micro. I am mainly an active side sleeper.

What version of windows you have, if you have vista or 7, just go to search and type snipping tool, and just drag the area you want to show, and save it, then upload the image file somewhere.

It looks to me like you are still having quite a few issues with leaks. The PR S1 machines will not actually "record" a large leak unless it is REALLY large. There are many, many leaks that most people would consider very problematic, that PR S1 will not flag as "large". Ideally, your leak like should be relatively straight (especially compared to yours). I would suggest doing some looking around the forums for some tips on reducing leaks. Personally, I find with my Swift FX, that I need to re-set it many times after I move. That could be a problem. I'm not at all familiar with the Micro, so I can't give any advice on that one.

This was part of this mornings sleep. Seems as if with the Micro I am about 35-37% average leak rates. The mask is rated 28% for my pressure setting of 8. I guess this is pretty good?

You;ll notice in this morning graphs...most of your events are during the erratic leak line. I think if your leaks were better controlled, you may have better numbers. (Although, I would love to have an AHI as low as yours!)

As for the vibratory snores, I wouldn't worry at all about those. The PR S1 tends to score lots of things as vibratory snores that are actually NOT snores. Something as simple as the hose moving across the sheets can set that one off.

I think if you work on controling those leaks better, you'll be doing great IMHO.

How can I better control the leaks? I am wearing the Micro fairly loose and have the straps adjusted perfectly. Is it maybe because I am a fairly active sleeper that likes to sleep from side to side and occasionally on my back? I am just wondering what I can do better.
I understand why I get the leaks with the Swift FX sometimes fairly bad, but the nasal mask, I am a bit puzzled.
My AHI was a bit high for me this morning, yesterday it was 1.2

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about the Micro mask, so I'm no help there. You could start another thread with that in the title. It might be that with the active sleep, your mask needs to be a little tighter, but like I said, I don't know about your mask.

I just checked, and with your mask (Micro) at your pressure of 8, your leaks are expected to be 28. Looks like you are well above that, so it is definitely worth looking into.

I guess the biggest question is...how do you feel? If you are feeling great, maybe it's not something you have to worry about.

Hard to say. I am a shift worker and it just so happens that I switched to midnights (6PM to 6AM) from days (6AM to 6PM) about the time I first got CPAP in the middle of November. I dislike midnights very much and my doctor thinks I probably have "shift work sleep disorder" as well. I think I am feeling a bit better than without CPAP, but I am a bit groggy most times due to my variation is sleep duration. Here have a look.

I really think you should work on controlling your leaks. Unfortunately, as I said, I'm not much help in that area. I really think a new thread, asking for help reducing leaks with your specific mask listed in the title, may get you some better help.

I don't envy you working those hours! I don't know that I'd ever adjust!
