Try it again tonight. You may be able to get a trend going. Remember, the goal is to wake up refreshed. If you have to tighten up the mask to do this - do it.

And, back up to AHI of 5 last night, and I feel like crap this morning. Sigh....jbn3boys wrote:Okay, so I got the best AHI last night that I've had in a long time. But I did a big no-no with my mask. Sleep study (Aug 2010): AHI 16 (On mask AHI 0.2) <-- Now, if I could just attain that "0.2" again!
