New study for central apnea and CHF?

Is this new? It looks like a pacemaker for the diaphragm for PB and CA?

I had not seen it before. This should be interesting for someone with periodic breathing due to Congestive Heart Failure. It also promises the possibility that such techniques can be used for just central apnea. We have seen some testing of a "pacemaker" for the tongue - to help clear the airway.
