Agree, but the Bill O'Reilly-Glenn Beck-Sean Hannity crowd has found this to be a very effective technique in casting FUD about the health care reform, haven't they?

How many people get their political views from those three guys? On this question I am not well informed but according to one source, http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/12/2 ... %20Hannity , their number of viewers (whatever that means) is:

Hannity - 3.3 million
O'Reilly - 3.2 million
Beck - 2.2 million

Add all that up and you have 8.7 million viewers, but since many of the viewers watch more than one of these shows you have maybe max 4 to 6 million viewers. Now guys, we are a country of over 300 million people and there were about 125 million that voted in the last presidential election.

So you on the left are worried about a mere 6 million that watch those guys?

Of course the three are getting considerable regular exposure in the only place I see them - Jon Stewart's show.

OK, I shouldn't have used rhoids as an example because my rhoids are hurting just thinking about it.

I do not believe we needed a 2300 page bill written in lawyerspeak behind closed doors with no one knowing what was in it before they voted on it. I would like to see competition in health care insurance. Like car insurance. Where you can buy it from any company in the nation not just from a company in your State. I think there are 6 companies in my State where you can get your health insurance. Why is it that way. Our government. It's called crony capitalism.

I keep reading about the greedy insurance companies, greed DME's, Greedy doctors, and so on. I read post from people who have insurance, paid by their employers, who complain about their insurance not buy them a new hose or mask every 3 months. Good grief. This generation has to be the most spoiled group of people ever. We live better than anyone in history, by far and still bitch and moan.

Greed? Let me tell you my idea of greed. It's this generation robbing trillions of dollars from the next 2 or 3 generations because they want it all now and they want someone else to pay for it. That's greed my friends.

I love this group of people here because you have helped me so much with my sleep apnea treatment. I just hope you don't hate me because I disagree with you politically.

Gracious, No! As long as we all behave with civility to one another we stand the chance of learning and growing toward a common ground. Anyone who uses hateful speech and/or promotes violence toward others ... I *will* call them on that. We've had too much of that of late. Shouting "FIRE!" in a crowded room is not free speech, it is irresponsible speech. But taking the time to help me see your point of view? PLEASE do take the time.
