Respironics machine... software?

Hi!
What is this softwear people keep talking about? I have a machine for a month now. Respironics RemStar Pro CFlex +. I did not know if anyone knows whether this comes with special softwear or not. I just know I have to bring the card with me when I go back next week.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Encore Viewer 2... are you sure that the machine that you have listed in your profile is right? If so it'll have a card in the back (about the size of a credit card) and will need a special card reader. If not it'll have an SD card (like what goes in a camera) which doesn't need a special reader.
