An ADM that is being touted as sleep-enhancing may be making its appearance soon (as measured in FDA years)(which are kinda like dog years):

Valdoxan (Agomelatine)

Whoops, misread the abstract. It appears these effects persist for at least 6 months. Well whadya know?

I had a sleep study last week and was told I get almost ZERO REM sleep. I'm on Citalopram.
