You can either listen at this link or download it to iTunes or your computer... He usually doesn't sent these interviews out unless you are a subscriber to his service, but this one was sent out gratis...

Thank you Emilia for posting this.
Anyone who has problems with acid reflux, aerophagia and/or obesity will do well to listen to the interview including the Q&A. Here are some brief notes on things I took out of the interview.
1. Dr. Park jumped in right away and asked, "What should one eat at night?" To Marie's credit, she did not bite on this question and instead said everything starts with regular meal planning.
2. Eating 4 ounces of lean protein with each meal will reduce hunger by 30%.
3. Eat fiber with every meal - 30 to 35 grams per day. Reduces hunger.
4. Eat three to four times per day at the same time each day.
5. If you must eat prepackaged meals, choose ones with minimum of 10g protein and 5g fiber.
6. Exercise suppresses appetite. Stop exercising six hours before bedtime because it may raise your body temperature and interfere with sleep. (IMO, if this is impractical try to leave at least three hours before bedtime.)
7. Snack 30 minutes before exercise and eat a meal 30 minutes after exercise.
8. Breakfast is mandatory. People who eat breakfast are less hungry all day, eat less all day, and are lighter weight.
9. If you "are the type" who is not hungry at breakfast, eat breakfast every morning and in a few weeks your body will adjust and you will find you are hungry every day upon arising.
10. If your diet is proper, you will only be hungry at your regular mealtimes. Stated negatively, if you are always hungry, your diet is not proper.
11. Fat, protein and carbs are each important and necessary parts of the human diet. Diets that severely restrict fats or carbs are not healthy diets.
12. Marie identified five items that relax the lower esophogeal sphincter muscle thereby increasing the chance of acid reflux or CPAP aerophagia/gastric insufflation. These are peppermint, spearmint, chocolate, onion, and garlic.
