Hi,
BlackSpinner had a great solution for skin abrasions from a mask that involves cutting pattern of fabric as liner to go under the mask. I had no cloth and so I decided to try facial cotton squares. These are like cotton balls, but are flat; you find them in the cosmetic section of the drugstore. I used the gentlest tape I could find. I cut one square to protrude as little as possible under the mask for my nose. I cut a tiny pice of the cotton square and placed it over my facial abrasions and used tape over it. NO abrasion and NO red nose today. However, it made the mask more finicky for leaks so I had to adjust my mask in new ways. But, hey, small price to pay for no abrasions or nose redness. As the gel cover from cpap.com didn't work and pad-a-cheek didn't work, this was a real win for me. I hope this helps some one else.
Namaste,
MoonBear

Moonbear,
Please let me know what problems you had with the Mask Liner from PAD A CHEEK. We guarantee all the products we sell. I do not want you to pay for something that did not work for you.
I would be happy to try a different design for you, or a different material.
Thank you for letting us help you sleep better.

There is a real simple solution I found, a Quietus Cloth CPAP Mask liner. They really worked for me.
