S9 Elite - set time

How do I get to the screen to set the time?

You are asking about the S9, but, you have the S8 VPAP showing in your profile .

For the S9 you press and hold for 3 seconds the rotary button and the bottom third push button at the same time. This will put the unit into clinical mode. Scroll down and you will see the time set. Rotate the dial to get to it, press it down and you can then change the time and date. Hit the power button to return to normal mode.
