papcap with Mirage Quattro?
I've been using the mIrage for two weeks now (I used the Swift FX before but due to terrible dry mouth problems I was switched to the MIrage). I still have dry mouth, though it's not as bad. My humidity level is at 6.0, with a temperature of 78. Anything warmer and sleep becomes impossible, I feel like I'm in a tropical jungle without air. I use Oramoist tablets to increase saliva flow and that helps, but it tastes and feels kind of weird. So, my question is, since I've heard good things about the papcap: will I run into leakage problems where the cap straps meet the face mask?

Re: papcap with Mirage Quattro?
I been trying the Mirage Quattro FF mask for a couple of days now and apparently it's too large for me. It presses on the eyes and leaks a lot. I am back to the Nasal Mirage like this:

Have you tried this mask?
I keep my heated humidified air at body temp, and place the CPAP machine lower than my bed so that the condensate in the tube can flow back. To stop dry mouth I just keep it shut (I am not a mouth breather). Rx could also cause my mouth to dry. And dryness from Rx is worse than from air. In such situations I use 3 to 4 spritzes of Biotene Moisturizing Mouth Spray into my mouth. The Biotene spray I get at Walgreens. In the Resmed SoftGel mask (see above) I have free access to my mouth.
I keep the humidifier at #3 and don't see condensation in the tube at room temp of 75.
I don't use a mouth strap but I am almost sure that you could use the mouth strap over the mask straps.o

It is all very subjective. Depends on how you are able tochristinepi wrote: So, my question is, since I've heard good things about the papcap: will I run into leakage problems where the cap straps meet the face mask?
fit and adjust the mask and cap.
Hope this helps.
