Does anybody know the replacement policies of Spectrum's Priority Heath HMO ???

Regardless of who the local DME provider is, it is your insurance coverage that determines your equipment and accessories replacement schedule. They are the ones paying for it so they have the say WHEN and HOW OFTEN they will pay for what.

True, but, if you are on Medicare Parts A and B--traditional Medicare rather than Medicare Part C (also known as Medicare Advantage)--then Medicare guidelines trump all. If you search here for "Medicare replacement schedule" you will probably find it.
